System accountant

Our client, a well known and organisation of scale within the Property industry, are actively recruiting for a Systems Accountant/Analyst to join their team as they undergo key digital finance transformation initiatives


With their office sitting in central Sydney, we are preferencing candidates in NSW. The organisation can offer a hybrid work model but some on-site attendance will be desirable.


With exciting transformation projects underway and opportunities post implementation to support, enhance and optimize the environment; this role will be both challenging and allow the right candidate to develop their skills and enhance their own experience around D365 Finance & Operations as well as other key digital finance systems.



We are open to candidates working fully remotely in other locations within Australia**

Full AU working rights will be required**



What we are looking for

• Experienced in managing user security and access groups, setting up legal entities/workflows and managing production rollouts in Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Financial Reporting: Creating and generating reports from finance systems
• Training and Documentation: Documenting the new system and running training sessions for business users
• Master Data Management: Ownership and management of master data within the finance systems and integration to other business systems to ensure they run regularly and without error
• Trouble shooting: First line of support for system issues and problems. Liaison and escalation with solution integrators and system technical support as required.
• Project support: Support other Group strategic project/system initiatives
• Relevant Finance & IT background
• Prior experience in a similar position working with D365 Finance and Operations
• Prior experience with Workday adaptive or other Data warehousing tools
• CPA/CA Qualified or Finance degree
