Brisbane QLD. Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office
Support). Part time.

We have got an exciting opportunity for Academic and Student Services
(30 hours per week)Officer to be part of our team at ECA Professional
Year in our Brisbane Campus office.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Learning Content Development and LMS Functionality: Assist in
the development of learning content. Maintain functionality of the
Learning Management System (LMS) and other related systems. Foster
positive and professional relationships among students and training
staff.
LMS Review and Maintenance: Regularly review and maintain the Learning
Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance. Provide IT
support related to the LMS and other systems.
Student and Trainer Support: Manage student and trainer LMS
enrolments. Monitor class attendance, assessments, and progress.
Provide support and assistance to students and trainers as needed.
Liaison and Communication: Liaise with Academic and Student Services
Staff to address the needs and interests of students and trainers.
Maintain effective communication channels between different
stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks aimed at delivering
quality student services support. Collaborate effectively with the
Student Services Team within ECA Professional Year Australia.
Reporting and Team Collaboration: Report to the Director of Studies
– PY. Collaborate effectively with the Student Services Team within
ECA Professional Year Australia.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional administration and
customer service to students via phone, email, and face-to-face
interactions. Address student requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate student records and assist with various
organizational services.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have: Bachelor’s Degree
or equivalent experience. Current industry knowledge in IT and LMS
platforms (RTOm and Canvas). Demonstrated ability to work effectively
and follow briefed instructions. Ability to organise and manage
multiple priorities. Excellent administrative, organisational and time
management skills. Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Student Management System. (RTO
Manager preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and
follow through on tasks
