Job Description

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-schedule delivery of projects.

• Communicate clearly the progress of ongoing projects and milestones to both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by identifying additional services that meet their needs.

• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during project life cycles.

Must Haves

• At least 2 years work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
•The ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge and understands how to put together effective systems in place to manage projects.

Home Office Requirements
