The Opportunity

Based in Karratha, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with customers.

  • Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and site.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Reconcile, report and audit asset management as required.
  • Maintain accurate data records in Excel and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.

About You

  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products.
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing, resilient, personality with a willingness to work in a small office environment.
