Our team at the Hallam office is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage client portals, ensure compliance, and oversee inductions and onboarding to client projects. **Job Summary:**
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective management of our client portals, conducting compliance checks, and coordinating inductions and onboarding processes. You will ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards, facilitating smooth operations and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Portal Management:** Oversee the operation and maintenance of client portals, ensuring they are updated regularly and meet the needs of both clients and the company.
- **Compliance Checks:** Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure all project activities adhere to legal standards and industry regulations.
- **Induction and Onboarding:** Coordinate and manage the induction and onboarding process for new employees on client projects, ensuring they understand project requirements and compliance standards.
- **RIW Coordination:** Manage the Rail Industry Worker (RIW) program requirements, ensuring all staff are compliant and certified as per project demands.
- **Documentation and Records:** Maintain accurate records of compliance checks, inductions, and client communications.
- **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as a liaison between clients, project teams, and management to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit reports on compliance status, portal updates, and onboarding outcomes. **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry or similar.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using IT systems and client portal software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Education:**
