We are looking for Administration professionals who are great communicators well presented and proficient in MS Office programs. The role consists of but is not limited to the following administrative duties:
- Attending to incoming calls and greeting clients
- Assisting in management of email inboxes
- Documents preparation for clients share registries nad goverments bodies
- Filing photocopying
- Database Management
- Assisting Manager and other staff as required
- Mail processing
- Respond to all client s queries and concerns in a timely manner including troubleshooting issues and escalating them in an appropriate manner.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service ensuring our clients receive seamless claims journey.
- Communicate key information in a clear and concise manner with special regard to managing client s expectations.
- Maintain client and customer satisfaction adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLA s).
- Following up clients.
- comunicate with share registries and goverment bodies
- Maintaining our system to track identify and follow up on outstanding actions issues and correspondence to determine appropriate actions making sure deadlines are met.
- Liaising with internal and external individuals/companies.
- Other associated admin tasks
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- 2 years experience in an administrative/office type role
- Ability to work both in a team environment & autonomously
- Professional presentation and wellmannered
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (mainly Word and Excel PDF)
- Excellent personal organization and time management
- Attention to detail
- High level of administration skills
- You must be confident enough to take phone calls
