The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting various administrative tasks while ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities. Additionally, knowledge in Microsoft 365, and the capability to manage and update websites (wordpress) and moodle are highly desirable. Additionally, you will manage the CEO's diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination. Your ability to stay organised, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently will contribute significantly to the smooth operation and success of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate activities for ANATE Programs.
  • Utilise Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams) to support various administrative functions.
  • Update and maintain the company's website with current information, news, and announcements.
  • Manage the CEO's diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Assist in creating and editing documents and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, or currently studying Law, Marketing, or a business-related field (university students are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); knowledge of PowerApps and workflow management is desirable but not essentials.
  • IT knowledge and experience troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
  • Experience updating and maintaining websites (wordpress).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
