Job Description - Administration Support Officer

Northline are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Regency Park team as Administration Support Officers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide a warm, efficient, and friendly welcome to all drivers, visitors, and customers entering our depot. Guide them through necessary safety instructions with ease and professionalism.

Document Management: Review various documents to guarantee legibility, completeness, and accuracy, including Connotes, Master Sheets, Manifests, and more. Rectify errors promptly and report discrepancies to management.

Data Accuracy: Ensure all data, information, and documents are accurately entered into our electronic systems. Maintain balance and consistency across tracking and measurement forms.

Compliance Management: Handle consignments containing dangerous goods (DG) meticulously, ensuring correct declarations and accompanying paperwork for safe transit.

Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between debriefing and fleet control teams, ensuring seamless compliance with operational requirements.

Client Liaison: Work closely with Client Services and Sales/Account Management teams to guarantee the provision of relevant and accurate information. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Review existing processes and procedures, suggesting and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Competencies & Technical Requirements:

Professionalism: Approach tasks with integrity, trustworthiness, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications: While qualifications in Business Administration and/or Warehousing, Transport & Supply Chain are desirable, they're not essential.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, meeting and exceeding their needs.

Time Management: Exhibit strong time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong data entry capabilities are required.
