Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Voya Financial is seeking a passionate and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely from Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. 2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. 3. Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy access and reference. 4. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the team. 6. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. 7. Uphold the company's standards for quality and professionalism in all tasks and interactions.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in administrative roles. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Must be innovative and able to adapt to changing priorities. 7. Persuasive communication skills to effectively influence decisions.
