Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


American Family Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will work at an Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support the team effectively - Organize and maintain files, records, and documents - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Provide support to senior management as required - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely - Strong research and time management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
