Job Description - Administrators

PPS are seeking experienced Site Admins, Office Admins & Mobilisation Coordinators to join our exciting operation teams due to growth!

About the role:

Due to growth, Plummers Project Services are open to hearing from experienced candidates looking for their next challenge in administration. We are seeking a variety of positions, including Site Administrators, Office Administrators, and Mobilisation Coordinators.


Site Administrators will take part in one of our many exciting projects across Western Australia. Office Administrators and Mobilisation Coordinators will be joining the team at our Head Office in the busy Perth CBD.



Successful applicants will be required to:
As a Site Administrator, you will be site based on a FIFO roster. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Project Manager in the efficient management of various contracts as directed, document control, deliveries and stock control, data entry and reporting, the mobilisation of personnel, scheduling, and more.


As an Office Administrator, you will be working in Perth, serving as a critical support function to the organisation and Business Manager, offering assistance to senior leaders and Business Unit Leaders across various departments. You will be tasked with maintaining rigorous adherence to administrative protocols, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing all forms of correspondence, meticulous record-keeping, and providing invaluable support in project management.


As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be Perth based, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient mobilisation of resources. With your expertise, you will coordinate all aspects of mobilisation across various sites, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly. To carry out this role successfully, close collaboration with other Coordinators, Project Managers, and the Recruitment team is vital.



Successful applicants will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in desired role
  • Valid Australian Drivers License
  • Construction White Card (Site Administrators only)
  • Experience with ERMS, CMS & WorkFlow desired (Site Administrators & Mobilisation Coordinators only)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screening
