Job Description - Assistant Strata Manager

Your new role

The successful candidate will come with experience in a property/customer-facing role. Whilst also being someone who can integrate into an existing team with a positive attitude. You will be responsible for multiple blocks of properties (apartment blocks) ensuring legal and insurance compliance, maintenance, and ensuring that all the administration is kept accurate and up to date. It is the Strata Managers' responsibility for assisting residents within the building with any disputes or concerns.

This opportunity sits within a wider strata team of eight people with admin support. The successful candidate will be supported in a transition within the industry in their first 3 months. What you'll need to succeed

  • A driving licence is essential.
  • A current ACT real estate registration (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a customer facing a high-paced role
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to develop your skills in a growing portfolio
