The Role
The Office Administration Trainee is accountable for ensuring the office reception, administration and purchasing duties operate in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
They will also assist the Office Manager and other staff with a variety of adhoc duties. Maintain office services by assisting and monitoring clerical functions. Essentially assisting the Office Manager in the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

You will be given time on the job to focus on your studies. You will also have the support of a Squad Mentor who will visit you on site on a regular basis throughout your Traineeship.
