We are looking for an Administrator to provide varied and flexible support to the local XXXX office including: � Updating databases and client records � Creating and preparing various reports, presentations and documents � Filing, scanning and maintaining client files � Organising and supporting meetings, client visits, events in the office etc � Reception cover when required � Maintaining the day to day operations of the office including maintaining supplies etc
About youRequired: High school diploma and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Behaviors:
