About the role
As the commercial agreement administrator, you will provide a high level of support to the business by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational, and analytical duties. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Agreements and Tenant Relationships, this role supports a small but busy team managing Parks Victoria's statewide portfolio of leased and licensed properties. You will be responsible for maintaining administrative support and document management systems for the team, facilitation of execution of agreements, compliance and billing support, travel bookings, and team inbox management. You will work and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks.

About the Branch
The Commercial Directorate manages Parks Victoria's visitor based, revenue generating activities at key regional and metropolitan sites across Victoria. The Directorate provides the strategies, specialist advice, business processes and systems to efficiently and effectively deliver core support services, enabling Parks Victoria to enter into and manage all leases and licences (commercial, community and infrastructure) and other commercial activities over the parks estate.
The Directorate aims to deliver sustainable financial returns through the provision of an enhanced visitor experience across Victoria's parks, and to support conservation for the benefit of the Victorian community.
