About the Job
The role supports the administration of the Rest Group and Board’s affairs to ensure compliance with corporations, trustee and other relevant laws and coordinates the delivery of company secretarial services to the Board, ensuring the timely and efficient administration of all actions leading up to and following on from Board meetings and relevant Committees.
