The role includes management of office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices and processing of incoming & outgoing mail /packages. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world.A snapshot of the role:Perform office opening & closing procedures for client floorGreet guests and maintain guest sign in systemProactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are metBuild and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisationMaintain the professional appearance of the work environment including the kitchen area, stock cupboards with snacks/ beverages.Shipping & receiving functions as main contact for deliveries, and tracking all incoming packages from receipt to delivery of item, properly receiving items in relevant office systemsDocument and advise manager of any identified equipment, furniture or fitting that requires maintenanceProcurement: Handling common office supplies requisition in the systemSound like you? What we are looking for:This position is varied and at times hands on.
