Duties:
In this role you will be responsible for all reception, office coordination and related administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist couriers and visitors with all enquiries.
- Coordinate office supplies and kitchen stocking (tea, coffee, milk, cleaning materials).
- Manage security/access passes for staff and carpark access.
- Coordinate with contractors and building management for maintenance and updates.
- Create purchase orders using SAP.
- Schedule meetings and perform administrative tasks using MS Office.
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated friendly and professional demeanor.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Teams and MS Office Suite; experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Minimum 2+ years in a similar role, reception experience is essential.
