About the Role:

This exciting opportunity invites you to enhance your administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service / Administration Officer at Glass Outlet, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team based in Virginia. Your attention to detail and can-do attitude will contribute to the success of our collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving trade customers by processing sales orders, generating invoices, and handling stock inquiries.

• Preparing picking reports for pickups and deliveries.

• Scheduling outgoing freight for efficient logistics.

• Handling incoming calls and emails for orders and general inquiries.

• Processing payments, including cash, EFTPOS/credit cards.

• General administration tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in building materials and/or logistics is advantageous.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Experience with sales processing software and goods dispatch.
