Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm

Daviesway supports Australian farmers and has been doing this for 110 years. We are a privately owned family business and a leading national manufacturer and distributor of dairy equipment and products.

Due to an internal movement opportunity, we require an experienced customer service oriented individual with hands on knowledge of warehousing and how these two functions work together.

What the job is:

First contact for answering customer calls

Accurately processing customer orders

Customer query and problem resolution

Support logistic administration in our national warehouse

Your background will include:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience in Administration and Logistics

Excellent phone manner

Attention to detail and accuracy

Working in a team focused environment

Stable work history

Knowledge of MS Business Centre/Dynamic is desirable

Able to quickly build rapport and easily establish relationships
