Position Overview:They are currently seeking an experienced Wills and Estates Lawyer with expertise in estate administration to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and advising on a wide range of matters related to wills, estates, trusts, and probate administration.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of estate administration matters from initiation to completion.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on wills, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Prepare and draft wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Assist clients with applications for grants of probate and letters of administration.
- Liaise with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
- Resolve disputes and challenges arising in estate administration matters.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law affecting wills and estates.
Requirements: - Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in wills and estates law.
- Strong experience in estate administration and probate matters.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
