Provide a high and confidential level of administration support to Senior Executives
Manage, draft and track incoming correspondence as required
Manage busy calendars and diaries as required - scheduling and organising meetings
Organising travel and credit card reconciliations as required
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and assisting in board reports
About you:Previous experience in Executive Support/Personal Support/Executive Officer
Government experience is highly regarded but not essential
Systems experience - Microsoft Office Suite, TRIM, eDRMS, Doctrak, MINCOR/MECS is regarded
Ability to work with conflicting deadlines and manage busy schedules
Professional attitude towards work and flexibility
