Troocoo are excited to be partnering with this leading Government agency to recruit a temporary Executive Assistant. This role is remotely supporting the COO and Executive team providing a dedicated level of administrative and executive support! About the role:

Provide a high and confidential level of administration support to Senior Executives

Manage, draft and track incoming correspondence as required

Manage busy calendars and diaries as required - scheduling and organising meetings

Organising travel and credit card reconciliations as required

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and assisting in board reports

About you:

Previous experience in Executive Support/Personal Support/Executive Officer

Government experience is highly regarded but not essential

Systems experience - Microsoft Office Suite, TRIM, eDRMS, Doctrak, MINCOR/MECS is regarded

Ability to work with conflicting deadlines and manage busy schedules

Professional attitude towards work and flexibility
