About the role
As an Executive Assistant, t he key duties of your role include being the first point of contact for the Executive Director's office, managing and maintaining an efficient office including document and records management, communications with internal and external stakeholders, triaging and prioritising work, monitoring and managing deadlines, managing the Executive Director's diary including ensuring that all meetings papers and other briefings are provided in a timely manner, take minutes and provide other secretariat services where required and ensure the Executive Director is kept up-to-date and informed of any urgent or emerging issues.
The role supervises a Senior Administration Officer and leads the Operations Division's Executive Assistant network.
