Job Description - Executive personal assistant

Job Title: Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Location: Central Coast, NSW

Company: Kings of Neon

About Us: Kings of Neon is a leading provider of custom LED neon signage. We are dedicated to bringing vibrant, high-quality neon signs to businesses and homes alike. Our company is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated and organized Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our founder, Stephen, who oversees multiple businesses with Kings Of Neon as the main priority.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to manage a variety of personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be local to the Central Coast NSW and have a strong background in administrative support. This is a part-time, hybrid role requiring approximately 5 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize diaries and calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate and organize speaking engagements, podcasts, and other public appearances.
  • Handle communication with clients, partners, and community organizations to build and maintain a strong local presence.
  • Assist in property management tasks, including scheduling maintenance and liaising with tenants.
  • Provide general administrative support, including email management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as required to support the smooth operation of the businesses.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Local to the Central Coast NSW.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
