Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers through daily interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in the CRM (CargoWise) related to all activities.
• Coordinate export activities, including documentation and arranging forwarding instructions to clients.
• Support clients with the release and collection of export documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly related to export documentation.
• Other export duties as directed by the Export Manager

Qualifications & experience

• Previous Experience in export sea documentation is required.
• Daily tasks will be undertaken within the industry specific software CargoWise or online portals such as Intra, 1- stop, experience with this software is desired but not required.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships.
• Ability to respond calmly in difficult situation maintaining strong customer service focus.
• High Attention to detail and well organised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and follow up.
