An exciting opportunity within a multinational industry-leading organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their finance team. This Financial Accountants' position will be responsible for providing support to all aspects of the finance functions of the organisation, to protect and improve the financial wellbeing of the company.Additionally, this role will support financial decision-making by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data. Initially, this role will commence as a 3 month contractual role, however there is the genuine opportunity for this role either to be extended / or become permanent. The responsibilities Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

• Preparation of month end workpapers and journal entries
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting for assigned areas
• Creation and improvement of workpapers to support efficient processing and reviews
• Assisting the business in administrative or financial tasks, including delivering data analysis and/or tool/templates to those outside the finance team
• Ensuring implementation and development of all policies and procedures relating to the role
• Ad-hoc project & system work as required

Ideally, you will be a fully CA/CPA qualified accounting professional or studying towards, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, had experience working in a complex & highly dynamic environment and possess a positive "can-do" work ethic. Prior experience in a Big 4 / Mid-Tier chartered audit firm will be regarded as highly advantageous. Additional Benefits
