This established accounting and financial planning practice is looking for an Administrator with previous experience in a financial services administration role.

Your new role

• Managing client accounts, including account setups, transfers, and maintenance
• Filling financial forms accurately and in a timely manner
• Client interaction
• Assisting the Financial Advisor and wider team in daily administration duties
• Ensuring client files are compliant and up to date
• Data entry
• Preparing paperwork and presentations for client meetings
• Follow up on client correspondence
• Maintaining client electronic files
• General office support functions
• Other relevant administrative duties as requested
  What you'll need to succeed
• Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a financial services admin role
• Great communication skills and enjoy working within a high-energy, extroverted team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work 5 days per week in the office in the inner suburbs, 9am-5pm
