Job Description
We are seeking individuals with a background in Administration/Reception interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Melbourne CBD.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk;
- Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels;
- Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels;
- Manage incoming calls and email enquiries;
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers;
- Keep the reception areas clean and tidy;
- Accurate data entry into IPAR’s client database system as required;
- Full-time position

Qualifications
We are looking for a team player, with a friendly and helpful manner and a positive approach to work.
You will also have:
- Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Initiative and resourcefulness when problem solving;
- Ability to self-motivate whilst following processes and procedures;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in a team and independently;
- Professional written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentially;
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes, and an openness to learn new things;
- Professional appearance and demeanour;
- Prior administration experience working within the medical or health industry would be highly regarded but not essential if the above skills criteria can be demonstrated.
