Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join us. $75000.00 + Super on offer. 

We are a dedicated team providing full range of gardening services to our valued clients. Our company operates in various suburbs around Melbourne Metro and some country area, various allowance provided.

Responsibilities will include:

 Planting various flowers, trees, and other greenery according to design plans or client

preferences.

 Maintaining lawns by mowing, trimming, fertilising and weeding lawns and garden beds.

 Pruning and trimming plants to promote growth, shaping plants to ensure them stay clean and presentable, and removing dead or diseased parts.

 Monitoring the health of plants by identifying and controlling plant diseases and pests and determining appropriate treatments.

 Maintaining and cleaning gardening tools and equipment to ensure they function properly and safely.

 Communicating with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and update them on the status of their garden projects.

This role is a full-time position.

Requirements:

 Minimum of two years of prior experience as a Gardener

 Horticultural qualification required (Min Diploma)

 Strong horticultural knowledge

 Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

 White card 

 Driver’s Licence
