HR Coordinator

Our client, an established Retail organisation, is seeking a motivated and passionate HR Coordinator to join their people-centric HR team on a permanent basis at their office in Northern Sydney (5 days onsite).

The Role

Reporting to a supportive HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will:

• Generate employee contracts, change letters and other HR documentation
• Support the HRBP with employee queries
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Utilise technology to capture HR data and generate reports
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on exciting engagement and L&D initiatives
• Support with Recruitment activities as required
• Manage HR administration and update the HRIS with employee changes
• Support with a range of tasks relating to the end-to-end employee lifecycle

The Individual

To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in a HR Administrator/HR Coordinator or similar role and will have good knowledge of HR processes. Experience within the Retail/Hospitality industry will be extremely beneficial.
