HR Coordinator

Your new company

We have partnered with a leading consulting firm located in Brisbane. Due to recent growth, they have an urgent need for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract basis.

Your new role

Reporting into the HR Manager this role will look after:

• Managing end to end recruitment
• Contract preparation and changes to contracts
• Onboarding and off-boarding of new employees
• Maintaining company and employee records
• Supporting leaders in the business with performance reviews and HR initiatives
• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR and ER matters
• Administrative HR support

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this role, ideally, you will possess the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
• Recent experience in a HR coordination or officer position
• A strong understanding of HR practices, legislation and employment law
• Previous experience using a HRIS system, Share point and MS Office
• Be a self-starter who has a high attention to detail
• Be able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders
