The role

You will:

• Post approved job advertisements
• Book interviews, send application updates etc.
• Onboard employees through our HR system
• Issue employment contracts
• Maintain accurate records, including updating personnel files and databases
• Complete administrative support tasks for the HR Department as required
• Respond to basic HR enquiries
• Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
