The Role:

· Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, keeping abreast of legislative changes.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Lead performance management processes and initiatives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and succession planning.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the transport and logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
