The Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll hold a vital and diverse position, offering technical aid while enhancing your expertise and technical skills. Main Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft servers, ensuring their optimal performance and security
- Utilise Intune for efficient endpoint management, security, and compliance
- Oversee VMware infrastructure and virtualisation resources to ensure scalability and performance
- Contributes to the transition, implementation and administration of cloud network and voice service
- Administer and troubleshoot networking components, including routers, switches
- Manage Wi-Fi networks
- Contributes to the documentation of procedures for the disaster recovery of networks
- Design and ensure a proactive cybersecurity approach
- Provide technical support end users
- Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot hardware / software
Key Skills and Experience: - 2+ years as a Network/Systems Administrator or similar role
- Experience with virtualisation and backup solutions
- Proficiency in networking protocols, Wi-Fi, and firewall configurations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience in an ICT Support Specialist role or similar
