Job Title: IT Sales Agent

Reports to: IT Sales Manager

Location: Fyshwick, ACT

Job Purpose:

We are looking to expand the Sales Team and we are seeking an IT Sales Agent to join the team in Fyshwick, Australian Capital Territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products and services to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology.

Success in this role you will see:

• Sourcing and maintaining relationship with TAFE organisations for example, Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT)
• Sourcing and maintaining relationship with Government organisations for Community Laptops Program
• Preparing laptops for Retail, CIT, Community Laptops, B2B.
• Learning the company systems for IT Trading/Selling in the niche industry.
• Trading includes

1. Understanding the market.
2. Finding Suppliers/Sellers- Locally and Internationally.
3. Pricing the list as per the given formula in a timely manner.
4. Finding Buyers- Locally and Internationally.

• Working closely with the IT Sales Manager in regards to sales reporting
• Keeping a detailed record of all tasks associated with trading, sales and internal/external communication
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale process which includes invoicing and administration tasks
• Processing Trade stock in the Lab when needed
• Understanding and acknowledging the company's Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Mutually agreed KPI’s and Sales Targets to be achieved
