Requirements:

• Diploma or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and macOS, and a range of software applications.
• Familiarity with network configurations, including LAN/WAN environments.
