Junior Accounts Associate

We are looking for a full-time Junior Accounts Associate to join our Accounts team at ABI Interiors. You will be working with our internal accounts team, processing Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, bank reconciliations, and responding to financial queries both internally and with our external stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

• Accounts Receivable functions, including reconciling customer payments
• Accounts Payable functions, including supplier payments and invoice data entry
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Respond to financial queries both internally and externally
• Supporting and assisting the Finance team with ad-hoc projects as requested

About you:

• Excellent communication, highly motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Forward-thinker with strong time management skills
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is highly regarded but not essential
• Related degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
