Probate Clerk / Legal Secretary - Wills and Estates Based in Newcastle CBD Permanent role Full-time preferred Salary flexible pending experience We are souring for candidates with at least 2 years experience in Wills and Estates in a legal administration, probate clerk or similar role.
Your new role Working in an established and supportive Wills and Estates team, we are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join on a full-time or part-time basis!
As a Probate Clerk or Legal Secretary, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and drafting estate documents
- Providing administration support to the Wills and Estates team, including complex applications
- Maintaining accurate records
- Diary management
- Working and communicating with a range of stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in a Legal Secretary, Paralegal or Probate Clerk role working extensively with Wills and Estates (essential)
- Tech-savvy, able to pick up new programs and processes quickly
- Great communication skills
