About The Role Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic's located in Glenorchy, Rosny, Hobart and Kingston where the successful candidates will rotate throughout all of our Southern Clinics. This role would be on a casual contract. Here at Radiology Tasmania we work varying shifts Monday to Friday between 6.45am - 9.00pm to ensure we are meeting out patient demand. Here at Radiology Tasmania we work varying shifts between 6.45am - 9.00pm to ensure we are meeting out patient demand. As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival Schedule appointments for patients and referrers Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required Enter and update patient registration details Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.
