Job Description - Office Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Office Administrator to join one of the largest accounting practices in the South Eastern Suburbs. This firm pride themselves on internal promotion so new opportunities to join them don’t come around often! As the Junior Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for providing support to the Client Service Coordinators, calendar management, database management and providing reception cover as needed. This is a busy and varied role that will see you juggling a variety of tasks each day so a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise will see you excel in the role! Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Client Service Coordinators – collating and lodging tax returns, invoicing, debt collection and liaising with the ATO
  • Booking appointments and calendar management
  • Scanning
  • Database management
  • Monitoring and ordering kitchen supplies
  • Meeting and greeting clients – preparing tea and coffee for client meetings
  • Reception cover as needed
 

About You:

  • At least 1 year experience in a corporate administration role
  • High attention to detail and the ability to seamlessly multi-task
  • Fantastic computer skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
