Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be located in Melbourne, Victoria, AU but will be a remote work opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management and possess a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Managing day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating and overseeing administrative support staff - Handling office logistics, such as ordering supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings - Providing support to senior management as needed - Maintaining office policies and procedures - Managing budgets and expenses - Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees - Handling various HR-related tasks, such as payroll and benefits administration - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in office management - Hardworking and passionate about their work - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making skills - High level of cooperation with colleagues and clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
