Job Description - Operations Admin Support

Job Title: Operations Admin Support

Industry: Heavy Haulage and Workshop

City: Berrimah, Northern Territory 0828

Role Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin Support to join our team in Berrimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Workshop and Transport divisions.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve
  • Work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the workshop and transport division
  • Maintain maintenece records
  • Hiring of hire equipment
  • Company fleet registrations with state and territory regulators
  • arrange heavy haulage permits with MVR
  • Monitor and report on fleet tracking
  • Daily data entry and documentation
  • Assist with parts purchasing when required
  • Assist with part delivery and collection at times in need
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Have a current drivers license
  • Previous experience in an administrative
