About your role
Working as a member of Cbus' Administration and Super Compliance team, our Operations Assurance Consultant will have responsibility for several important operations assurance functions, including the monitoring and oversight of Cbus owned portals, applications and assurance activities for Cbus' Members and Employers across Accumulation and Defined Benefits plans. This role will initially be offered as a 12-month, maximum term contract.


This role will have involvement with the implementation of enhancements across all digital platforms, ensuring there is minimal impact to Member experience. This role will see you manage the analysis and resolution of complex administrative/system issues through data analytics, including tracking and reporting as required. You'll effectively manage and maintain relationships with a number of key internal and external stakeholders.


To be successful in this role you'll have tertiary qualifications in a business and/or IT related discipline or equivalent (preferred, not essential), teamed with demonstrated superannuation operational experience in a Trustee Office or Administrator environment. You'll have sound analytical knowledge and experience providing reports across the Microsoft Office Suite, including SPLUNK, Confluence and JIRA systems (preferred, not essential). You have highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, to be able to liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
