The Role:

We are on the lookout for a quality full-time administrator to join our dynamic and driven Electrical team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of 5-star service to our valued clients. As the orchestrator of our daily schedule, you'll prioritise tasks, oversee in progress jobs, and ensure that our technicians are set up for success. Your role will involve close collaboration with our skilled Operations Manager and Electricians, proactive communication with clients, and meticulous attention to detail to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about teamwork, customer service, and making a real impact, this role offers the perfect opportunity to thrive in a supportive and rewarding environment.

What you will be doing day to day:

• Interacting with a highly motivated team in a fun and collaborative environment

• Schedule management to optimise day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently

• Oversee and coordinate follow-up work and new priority works

• Management and coordinator of team training opportunities and tool box talks

• Smooth coordination of our smoke alarm service offering

• Facilitate seamless communication between the team and valued clients

• Monitor in progress works from start to completion.

• Raising supplier purchase orders and delivery of materials

In essence, each day in this role will be dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a blend of organisation prowess, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

About You:

• Experienced administrator. Previous experience in the building, insurance, or project management industry (Desirable but not essential)

• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service

• Driven by a desire for growth and new challenges

• Skilled problem solver with strong organisation abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Seeking a career opportunity that offers professional development and meaningful contribution to a team-driven culture

• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, plan and execute them

• National Police Clearance

• Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
