Job Description - Operations manager

You'll be responsible for

  • Lead the development and implementation of chatbot solutions, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee the ongoing management, maintenance and enhancement of the platform and bots.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data sources.
  • Prioritize and manage the chatbot teamwork- pipeline to maximize value delivery from the capability.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the chatbots. Leverage platform analytics and insights to improve platform and bot functionality and enhance our overall data-driven digital initiatives.
  • Manage Chatbot & Voice Bot solution documentation and contribute to the overall knowledge.

About you

  • Extensive experience in building, integrating, and maintaining chatbot and voice bot using no code/ low code solutions. Cognigy experience highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills, with a track record of delivering project on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of bot workflows and NLP/NLU techniques
  • Highly developed "first principles" problem solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind-set. Experience with agile and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
