Operations Manager - Remote Work

Woodside Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Operations Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a remote work position that requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operational activities. This includes managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets its goals.

Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services - Manage a team of professionals and provide leadership and guidance - Monitor and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in operations management - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
