Job Description - Operations Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Ameriprise Financial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Adelaide, South Australia. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to the success of our organization.


As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures - Managing a team of operations staff, providing training and guidance as needed - Analyzing data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Monitoring and evaluating operational performance against targets and KPIs - Identifying and implementing new technologies and systems to streamline operations - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Handling any issues or challenges that arise in the course of operations


Requirements:


- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role - Confident and passionate individual with excellent leadership skills - Strong adaptability and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing operations and teams - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
