Job Description - People And Culture Coordinator

Pop-Up Health is seeking a talented People and Culture Coordinator to join our team and assist with cultivating an exceptional employee experience for the business.

About the role:

As the People and Culture Coordinator, you’ll step into a dynamic role where you will play a crucial part in our team’s journey throughout the entire employment life cycle. Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager, this full-time role will manage the administrative duties and orchestrate the smooth transition of our team members, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for the P&C department, assisting via phone, email and in person
  • Administrative coordination (Preparation of HR documentation and correspondence; Employee onboarding & offboarding; Uploading of documents and updating employee data in our HRIS - Employment Hero; Run & monitor cyclical and ad-hoc reports
  • Monitor the HR Inbox, responding to and escalating all enquiries as required
  • Allocate company uniforms
  • Book, coordinate, and conduct employee inductions
  • Monitor employee documentation to ensure regulatory compliance by running reports and keeping information up to date
  • Issue employment contracts, variations and other HR documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an HR Administrative role – knowledge of Australian workplace laws will be a bonus!
  • Be quick to pick up new systems and be tech-savvy!
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • An unwavering friendly and helpful approach
  • Confidence – to guide our new team members through their induction and onboarding
  • Energy – we won’t lie, it’s a busy role and you’ll need to juggle!
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Additional requirements:

  • National Police Check
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Covid Vaccination x3
