Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Chesapeake Energy is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to executives and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities: - Managing schedules and calendars for executives - Organizing meetings and making travel arrangements - Handling correspondence and communications - Maintaining and organizing files and records - Conducting research and preparing reports - Assisting with special projects as needed - Providing general administrative support as required - Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Problem-solving and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
