Monday to Thursday- 6:00AM-4:00PM

About the Role-

Reporting to the Value Add Team Leader, you will perform a range of functions that may include:

• Operating equipment to coat, blend and treat seeds
• Packing finished seed into bags
• Preparing stock for Warehouse storage and customer/client orders
• Required to work both day and afternoon shifts

Skills and Experience-

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

• Physically fit and capable of manual and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift (up to) 25KG- as required
• Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
• Self-starter
• Process/machine operator experience an advantage
• OH&S mindset
• Able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
